Rework or touch-up will incur an extra charge.
We will contact distributor for approval before any touchup work is started. If re-work touch-up is needed, order may be delayed.

Such logos are not recommended for deboss, laser or silk imprint process, but we will attempt to reproduce and will advise accordingly.

From the moment we receive your request, our dedicated team works diligently day and night to ensure your order is prepared and ready for courier pickup – think of it as an express lane to dispatch. This service applies to all eligible catalog quantity orders featuring the ( hr Rocket Service) icons. Get swift and efficient processing at no extra charge. Rocket service orders are processed through our system avoiding all preproduction steps, allowing the order to hit the production floor and ship out quickly and efficiently. Rocket service criteria must be respected and an already entered order cannot be converted over to rocket service. We will do our best to accommodate all orders with best possible ship dates based on our current production capacity.

Regular orders that are cancelled to be resubmitted to rocket service will incur a $150 net reprocessing fee.

First 25 free, each additional is $7.50 (G) per split.
Freight and residential charges are not included.
All shipments are FOB MTL for Canada and FOB NY for US.
Method: We will follow your shipping instructions, or if not specified, we will select a carrier at our discretion. We are not responsible for delays caused after goods leave our plant.
Freight costs for all spec samples are the responsibility of the distributor.
C.O.D. Shipments: Not accepted.

All orders must be in writing. Errors resulting from hand-written orders are the responsibility of the distributor. Any changes or modifications to orders must be submitted in written form.
Product colors in this catalog are as accurate as possible; however, slight shade variations in photo representations do occur. If precise color is important, please order sample for approval. We are not responsible for variations in product color.

Return Policy: Returns must be authorized. Please call for a RA number.

For repeat orders, there is a repeat set-up charge of 50% of the original set-up for all repeat orders*. Please provide the original order number and a hard copy of the artwork. (Art is kept on file for 2 years.)
For optional assembly (i.e. insertion of business cards) please add 58¢ (G) per unit.
