Hey Domenic, I'm not sure how much feedback you guys get, but the shipping notices etc that you send are awesome. I'd say of all the suppliers we work with, you guys are the best at keeping us proactively updated on order status.

I am the person who put the wrong zip code on the address we wanted our order dropped shipped to. You were able to have the package intercepted by UPS and the zip code corrected. I just want to express my thanks and appreciation. The order is out for local delivery and our customer will receive it today.

We give excellent customer service so we expect it from our vendors. Spector feels the same ... Our customer service rep, Heidi Urban, gives 200% all the time - with a smile! She is so easy to work with and very responsive to email requests. Best of all - she responds quickly. I don't have to worry about following up on my email sent questions 'cause Heidi is always "on it".

I wanted to tell you a story about Spector & Co. After you came in a couple of weeks ago, I placed an order with them for 150 Travel wallets. After placing the order, my client changed the shipping address and dated needed which required that we ship it to Las Vegas for a Sat. Delivery. I called and then sent Randi and email to this effect. She responded and indicated that it would not be an issue.

I called the day prior to shipment day and was again told that everything was going as planned. The date for shipment was 5/29/08 and I called and received tracking numbers. I could not track the package until the next day and did not track it until my client emailed me AFTER lunch my time. I tracked it and found that UPS was showing a delivery date of Monday the 2nd of June. After speaking with Randi about the situation, she indicated that her shipping guy was sure it was shipped correctly. Spector and I called UPS and they could not be sure it would deliver on Sat. as required. Randi then took things into her own hands and ask that 150 more be reproduced and shipped them after 6 p.m. eastern time and it arrived on the 31st as required.

After the fact the UPS package showed up on Sat. as well, but, without knowing, Randi took care of us. All I can do is say thank you and send you all of the business that I can in the future. The lack of Quality Customer Service with in this industry is appalling. The Customer Service that Randi and her team exhibited was outstanding and I want to make sure you know and can pass along to her boss what a wonderful job she and her group did to make this a success story.
